Over the course of her career, Kate has spearheaded campaigns for international clients, entrepreneurial brands, and local gems. She has worked with global, national, regional, and local media.

Kate began her public relations career at Ralph Lauren, where she worked in the Womenswear department. She then transitioned to the agency side, leading communications for a diverse portfolio of clients across lifestyle, design, and hospitality. 

While at Paul Wilmot Communications, Kate’s clients included American Ballet Theatre and Oscar de la Renta. As a Senior Vice President of Meg Connolly Communications, she worked with a range of premiere design, lifestyle, and hospitality brands including Saint-Louis, The Rug Company, Hermès, Bronson van Wyck, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton, Primland Resort, The Dewberry, Graduate Hotels, Playa Grande Beach Club, Faena Miami Beach, The Connaught, and Claridge’s among others.

This work also led to experience supporting world-class designers, artists, chefs, and on-property restaurants, bars, and spas.

Before establishing her own agency, Kate’s work at Hughes Agency included leading the launch of Hotel Hartness and national media efforts for The Cliffs.
